Federal & Illinois Estate Tax Return Preparation

We prepare federal gift tax returns (IRS Form 709), federal estate tax returns (IRS Form 706) and Illinois estate tax returns (IL-Form 700).  We also provide assistance and counseling to other attorneys and certified public accountants in connection with preparation of these returns, as they are very specialized and have technical rules and regulations, including the nuances of the generation-skipping transfer tax.
