At Dalton & Herlehy we spend a considerable amount of time meeting with clients to determine the type of estate plan needed to accomplish the client’s objectives. Whether one’s objective is to protect minor children in the event of an untimely death of a parent, avoiding probate, planning for a second marriage, or planning to reduce or eliminate estate taxes, different types of wills and trusts must be considered. We are not a “one-size-fits-all” firm and we work with our clients to carefully select the appropriate documentation based upon the client’s individual needs and circumstances.
